Dakota Ridge Village will participate in the ECO Pass program through 2020. All residents (primary legal residency within Dakota Ridge Village) are eligible. The cost of the program is fully paid for by the MHOA, who receives a 35% discount directly funded by the City of Boulder.
Requests from new residents, or those who previously were authorized to have a pass (but did not have one issued), should complete and submit the request form titled:

Requests for replacement (lost) cards should complete and submit the request form titled:
2020 ECO PASS REQUEST FORM – REPLACEMENT CARDS (scroll to bottom of page)
Applications should be clearly and completely filled out. Otherwise, they will be subject to delays in processing. Application authorization processing time typically requires 30 days.
Upon approval of an application, it must be picked up and taken to RTD within 30 days for card issuance. If not, the requestor will have to wait until 2021 to re-apply.
