A formal approval process is required for nearly all exterior modifications. As a fundamental guideline, any modification to your property that is visible from a neighbor’s lot or the street requires formal approval before work commences. It is always best practice to submit an Architectural Improvement Request (AIR) if you are in any way uncertain if your project falls under these requirements. Remember: proactive communication is essential and helps prevent the need for costly corrections later.

We are pleased to share that there will be no change to your DRVCA dues in 2026.
For single-family homes, the payment instructions remain the same and can be found here. For multi-family homes, such as condos and townhouses, dues are paid directly through their governing HOAs.
